At the beginning of 2010 a campaign to place in order to collect funds to helps the victims of the earthquake in Haiti. With the donations received the Foundation contributed to feeding hundreds of family who on a daily basis flocked to the center of the Daughters of Charity.

At the same time a center was built to for 60 children including classrooms, an infirmary, a dining room and a room for games that was left in charge of the Carmelite Sisters Vedrunas of Charity.
